Repeat scheduled contract orders can be placed on a reserved buffer-stock cycle with dispatch in under 48 hours.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom brand debossing?

Accepted Answer

Custom brand debossing on the base or rim requires custom CNC tooling. Our minimum run for personalized molds is 100,000 pieces per SKU. We waive 100% of the tooling mold fabrication charges for multi-container annual commitments. Custom outer master carton printing (mono or color barcodes) carries a low entry barrier of 5,000 units.

Which international payment terms and trade incoterms are supported?

We work comfortably under FOB, CIF (any global seaport), and DDP / DAP inland delivery. Accepted payment structures include Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C at sight) from Tier-1 international banks, Wire Transfer (T/T 30% advance, balance against original Ocean Bill of Lading scan), and Cash Against Documents (CAD) for established multi-year distribution partners.

Yes. Every plate, clamshell, and compartment meal tray is engineered from 100% unbleached or bleached natural bagasse pulp without plastic liners or PFAS additives. They safely tolerate temperature cycles from -20°C (deep freezer) up to +120°C (microwave re-heating and conventional ovens for up to 20 minutes) without softening, leaking, or toxic migration.
